La CinSo is the free expression of a major and forgotten grape variety from Languedoc on sandstone and marl soils. The 50-year-old Cinsault speaks of finesse, roundness, and charm. A wine of delicacy.

La CinSo is made from a single grape variety: Cinsault. Fermentation takes place in tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit. The wine has not been aged in barrels. Finesse, elegance, and silky tannins, with a lovely creaminess.

La CinSo is best served between 16°C and 18°C, and decanted for about 1 hour before tasting.

It accompanies well fish and white meats, as well as roasted red meats, or is even fit for a light lunch.
