La Pascerette de Vignes - Bourgogne

The estate La Pascerette des Vignes was founded in 2013 by Céline Robergeot-Cienki and is located in the village of Sologny, between Mâcon and Cluny, in the picturesque Val Lamartinien, in the south of Burgundy.

Céline and her husband carefully produce Mâcon Milly-Lamartine AOP in white, rosé, and red, as well as Bourgogne Rouge AOP. Grapes used include Chardonnay, Gamay, and Pinot Noir, which are hand-harvested.

Covering 5.8 hectares of vineyards and 16 hectares of meadows, the estate helps to preserve the traditional Mâconnais landscape, a mosaic of vineyards and pastures.

The name Pascerette comes from the Latin ‘pascer’, meaning to graze, and reflects the estate’s dual activity. A flock of sheep naturally maintains part of the vineyards. Here, viticulture is highly environmentally friendly: the vines are not defoliated and remain grass-covered, harvesting is done manually, and the soil structure is carefully preserved.
