   Het Genot in ’t Glas

Just like the wine estates we work with," Genot in 't Glas" is a family business, where tradition and innovation are essential. Father and son have a special passion for wine and the entire process 'from grape to glass'.

Pol is a certified Sommelier-Conseil, graduated from the Flemish Wine Academy and the Wine University in Suze-la-Rousse (France). He ran a successful wine restaurant for 28 years, where he mainly focused on developing a unique wine cellar which obtained a special mention in the Michelin guide and Gault Millau. He is an expert in giving advice on the perfect food & wine pairing.

Milo holds a degree in Hotel Management from VIVES University College and a Certificate in Food & Beverage Management from Cornell University (Ithaca NY, USA). After years of experience in various hotels and the international conference & events industry, he has now joined Genot in 't Glas. In order to update his knowledge of wines, he is studying to become a Sommelier-Conseil at the Flemish Wine Academy.
