   Het Genot in ’t Glas

Just like the wine estates we work with," Genot in 't Glas" is a family business, where tradition and innovation are central. Father and son have a special passion for wine and the entire process from grape to glass.

Pol is a certified Sommelier-Conseil, graduated from the Flemish Wine Academy and the Université du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse (France). He ran a successful wine restaurant for 28 years, where he mainly focused on developing a unique wine cellar that was mentioned with a bunch of grapes in the Michelin guide and Gault Millau. He is an expert in giving advice on the perfect Food & Wines pairing.

Milo holds a degree in Hotel Management from VIVES College and a Certificate in Food & Beverage Management from Cornell University (Ithaca NY, USA). After years of experience in various hotels and the international meeting & events industry, he now accompanies Genot in 't Glas. In order to update his knowledge of vinology, he is following the Sommelier course at the Flemish Wine Academy.
